Do not assume that land, site works, statutory fees, landscaping or other costs are included unless the listing or written quote says so. Ask our team to confirm taxes, additional costs and the full scope before proceeding.
Promotions and house and land opportunities are subject to their stated eligibility, availability, dates and conditions. Submitting an enquiry or saving a listing does not reserve a property, lock in a price or secure a promotion.
4. Enquiries and communication
